Downtown (see map) is within walking distance from Hotel Tryp Alameda: going from the hotel to Calle Marqués de Larios (Málaga main street) will take about 10-15 minutes.
You can get from Hotel Goartin to downtown on foot (it will take about 15-20 minutes) or you may take bus number 4: Get on at stop "Cruz de Humilladero" and get off at stop "Alameda Principal (Sur)" or stop "Paseo del Parque (Plaza de la Marina)".
