The GTM informal consortium is constituted by the organizations who have signed a Letter of Interest (LoI), where they declared to share GTM's vision and goals and appointed their own institutional liaisons. The LoIs represent the will of joining the group's effort in formalizing the GTM organization, with a statutory Terms of Reference (ToR) to be developed, and does not imply any material commitment. This effort will define the GTM structure and governance.
